DELIVERY UPDATE:
When choosing a design please note that there may be substitutions to your flower arrangement due to what’s available at the time of ordering and/or designing.
We provide porch drop offs if the recipient is not home, weather permitting.
Please include on your order things such as apartment #s, Suite #s, BUSINESS NAME, etc., and the RECIPIENT's phone number in the event the delivery driver should need to reach them and to ensure your delivery is not delayed. We will make 1 delivery attempt afterwards there will be a charge for a second attempt.
We have a 48hr replacement policy on damaged product at the florist discretion. Product must be in the same condition and design style.
We do not honor timed requests unless you have paid for a timed delivery or it is for a funeral service. Flowers will be delivered to a business before the close of that business.

In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

Responsive and delivered on time. Arrangement wasn’t particularly artful however. Not sure it was worth the money. ---- Florist's Response: Catherine, thank you for your review. We strive for 5 stars on every order and it’s unfortunate that you received anything less than that. What we can ensure is that your order was filled to value on what you allotted for the floral selection, actually over. This does not included delivery costs, tips, nor tax. This flower was filled with just under 2 dozen of Roses, and two stems of Phalaenopis Orchids which are the most expensive cut flower in the arrangement with a Ti Leaf lined 6 x 6 glass cylinder. You ordered a luxury design which is very different from “artful” and you specified that you prefer Roses and Orchids on your order which is what we did. We truly hope the recipient enjoyed the arrangement as beautiful as it was. -Premier Flowers team
