DELIVERY UPDATE:
When choosing a design please note that there may be substitutions to your flower arrangement due to what’s available at the time of ordering and/or designing.
We provide porch drop offs if the recipient is not home, weather permitting.
Please include on your order things such as apartment #s, Suite #s, BUSINESS NAME, etc., and the RECIPIENT's phone number in the event the delivery driver should need to reach them and to ensure your delivery is not delayed. We will make 1 delivery attempt afterwards there will be a charge for a second attempt.
We have a 48hr replacement policy on damaged product at the florist discretion. Product must be in the same condition and design style.
We do not honor timed requests unless you have paid for a timed delivery or it is for a funeral service. Flowers will be delivered to a business before the close of that business.

In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

Primier Flowers of Mphs did exactly what I asked them to do for my cousin funeral colors and flower arrangements, it was spot on. I also want to give special thanks to Cody. My daughter was thrilled with the flowers I sent from Premier Flowers. The person I talked to on the phone was super nice and helpful. The service was prompt. I ordered and the flowers were delivered that morning. Great job Premier Flowers!

My sister loved her beautiful flower arrangement! Customer Service was outstanding and I loved how they sent me snapshots of the arrangement before delivery. It was such a nice touch! I would definitely order from Premier Flowers again!

I ordered the beautiful Seasonal Designer’s Choice arrangement online for my sister the day before her birthday, and the process could not have been easier. I found an arrangement online from my local florist,in Ohio they gave me Premiers info, called them and between both of us, they put together this beautiful arrangement. I recommend them to anyone!
