DELIVERY UPDATE:
When choosing a design please note that there may be substitutions to your flower arrangement due to what’s available at the time of ordering and/or designing.
We provide porch drop offs if the recipient is not home, weather permitting.
Please include on your order things such as apartment #s, Suite #s, BUSINESS NAME, etc., and the RECIPIENT's phone number in the event the delivery driver should need to reach them and to ensure your delivery is not delayed. We will make 1 delivery attempt afterwards there will be a charge for a second attempt.
We have a 48hr replacement policy on damaged product at the florist discretion. Product must be in the same condition and design style.
We do not honor timed requests unless you have paid for a timed delivery or it is for a funeral service. Flowers will be delivered to a business before the close of that business.

In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

I was visiting Memphis and wanted to send flowers to my wonderful host. I was near Premier Florist and walked down to order an arrangement. They happened to be closed, but let me place my order anyway. They were also out of the vase they used in the description online, but offered different options for alternatives. I was thrilled with how it turned out and my host was thrilled with the beauty of the arrangement. The service was top notch and I will certainly use them again for any needs in the Memphis area!

Admire the passion Premier Flower shop has I placed an order at short notice for my 24th anniversary and I got more than I expected.
