I needed flowers delivered on January 2nd, and most Memphis florists weren’t offering delivery that day. I was looking for something unique and high-quality, and I discovered Premier Flowers *on* New Year’s Day. I saw a bouquet online that I loved and left a voicemail asking for a call back the next morning — but to my surprise, Colby called me back within minutes, even though it was a holiday.
She explained that she wasn’t sure they had every flower in the exact arrangement, but she assured me that any substitutions would be just as beautiful. She took my order and made sure the bouquet was delivered within the time frame I requested.
My sister — the recipient — absolutely loved the flowers, and so did I. I had zero regrets trusting them with a custom arrangement. They even emailed several photos of the finished bouquet.
