DELIVERY UPDATE:
When choosing a design please note that there may be substitutions to your flower arrangement due to what’s available at the time of ordering and/or designing.
We provide porch drop offs if the recipient is not home, weather permitting.
Please include on your order things such as apartment #s, Suite #s, BUSINESS NAME, etc., and the RECIPIENT's phone number in the event the delivery driver should need to reach them and to ensure your delivery is not delayed. We will make 1 delivery attempt afterwards there will be a charge for a second attempt.
We have a 48hr replacement policy on damaged product at the florist discretion. Product must be in the same condition and design style.
We do not honor timed requests unless you have paid for a timed delivery or it is for a funeral service. Flowers will be delivered to a business before the close of that business.

This arrangement includes hot pink and orange Roses, green, white,blue, or green Hydrangeas, green Dianthus or green Buttons, Dusty Miller or Eucalyptus, Alstroemeria, and Stock. This Garden is the perfect gift to wish someone a happy birthday or to say thank you.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

Flowers were delivered in a timely manner and the recipient stated they were fresh, looked exactly like the picture in the order and was very pretty. Visitors and nursing/rehab staff commented on how pretty the arrangement was and recipient was extremely satisfied. Had to change the delivery location but was assisted by a very nice, professional lady. So glad I chose Premier Flowers!

Our arrangement looked absolutely beautiful-Colby is an artist. I loved them. Thank you so much for taking the time to talk me through the arrangement and delivery options, as well. Unfortunately, the restaurant, Flight, stored them in a freezer after the delivery! Totally their fault, because the flowers were exquisite, but they were a wilted mess in :45. I’d definitely order from Premier again. ---- Florist's Response: Oh no! We are so sorry to hear this.
